With a strong eye for detail and a skill for visually communicating the meaning of brands, Alex is adept at creating campaigns that resonate with audiences. Having worked in both agency and in-house roles across the public, private and charity sectors, Alex is skilled in visually bringing to life the objectives of her clients.
Since joining Copper, Alex has been responsible for leading the creation of creative assets for a number of infrastructure projects. This includes creating the brand for Cardiff Hendre Lakes, a proposed new business district and transport hub in Wales. Her ability to use a range of design mediums resulted in a well-received, inclusive campaign that made use of traditional print and digital formats. In addition to designing and building the Cardiff Hendre Lakes website, Alex also created a series of bespoke infographics and animated digital ads for use during a consultation spanning social media campaign.
Alex also played a pivotal role during the London Resorts fifth-public consultation. The first digitally-led statutory consultation, Alex was first responsible for repositioning face-to-face materials that had been created prior to COVID-19 into digital assets. She also ensured that the consultation could be advanced beyond the digital arena by developing a series of materials which could be provided as physical materials.
Prior to joining Copper Alex worked several charities and internationally renowned brands. As part of her work with multiple colleges in the United States of America to improve their global marketing for the recruitment of international students, a delivered campaign’s that led to behavioural changes on a national scale. This has since influenced her work on Copper’s ‘Attitudes’ reports. Concise, memorable and able to convey the message of the data in an easily accessible way, Alex has created hard hitting research reports into public attitudes to net-zero and development in Birmingham.
