Experience
Astute in converting research findings into actionable strategy, James leads on Copper’s intelligence-led approach to communications and stakeholder engagement. He is responsible for designing bespoke research projects that surface richer insights for clients, guiding audience-specific content using different channels, identifying opportunities to optimise the use of data assets within a project and creating processes to facilitate this.
Within Copper, James’s role cuts across the agency ensuring that Copper offers a greater degree of strategic guidance based on intelligence and insight, rather than intuition. Alongside his work on projects, James leads on the expansion and development of Communify, Copper’s proprietary approach to communications and engagement.
From Presidents and Prime Ministers to nascent civil society organisations, James has experience collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders and managing competing agendas. His focus on finding the right message, for the right audience at the right time ensures that Copper’s messaging is tailored to the specific needs of different audiences.
