Josh sits within Copper’s Infrastructure practice to provide trusted support and strategic advice to help clients navigate issues and manage complex stakeholder relationships. With experience leading nationally significant infrastructure projects through all stages of the project lifecycle, he knows how early targeted engagement can transform public perception and help secure successful delivery for clients.
Josh joined Copper in 2022 from National Highways, where he led the A30 Chiverton to Carland Cross scheme in Cornwall. In this role he was responsible for overall delivery of the project, and applied a novel approach to engagement, working with a wide range of stakeholders to set the tone of the project for years to come.
Prior to this, Josh was part of the Development team at Bristol Airport, where he led a number of projects across the airport estate to increase capacity, improve safety and transform the customer experience.
With over 10 years in the construction and project delivery sector, Josh has led multi-disciplinary teams, drawing on expert input and managing resources to deliver successful outcomes. He’s never been afraid to challenge the status quo, and has a keen eye for innovative solutions that will add real value.
