With a background in stakeholder and community engagement, including developing and delivering community events and media management, Kellie brings a strong understanding of community networks and how to engage hard to reach stakeholders to the Copper team.
Prior to joining Copper, Kellie worked in outreach projects within the education sector, continuing through charity, events and B2B. She has supported with the media management of the Royal International Air Tattoo and led county-wide CSR charity fundraising initiatives.
Kellie’s ability to empathise and to manage conflicting stakeholder priorities has led to successes including increasing funding availability, building long-term partnerships for businesses with their surrounding communities, and supporting brand management through these partnerships.
Kellie combines her strengths in community stakeholder engagement, with a particular focus on hard to reach members of communities, in supporting complex infrastructure and development projects at Copper.
