Lynsey is a thoughtful property communications specialist with a background in urban regeneration and development. She has considerable experience in developing internal and external communication and engagement strategies for major infrastructure and property projects.
A chartered surveyor with over 18 years’ experience in property communications, Lynsey specialises in effectively communicating the additional value property and real estate projects can bring to stakeholders.
Prior to joining Copper, Lynsey spent her career in utility companies undertaking a variety of leadership roles across the property lifecycle. During this period, she worked with clients ranging from government departments to built environment contractors and consultants, managing multi-million pound projects in the process.
Lynsey was also Head of Communications and Change for National Grid Business Services, improving the experience for 7000 internal customers across the business.
Lynsey previously held the role of Head of Stakeholder Strategy for National Grid Property. In this role, she developed and implemented a framework document for working with external stakeholders designed to remove constraints affecting the sale of over £400m worth of brownfield land to be regenerated for community use.
An accredited leadership coach and change management practitioner with a post-graduate diploma in Organisational Leadership from the Oxford University SaÏd Business School, Lynsey adds valuable commercial insight to the projects that she works on.
