With over 25 years’ experience delivering complex projects for commercial and government organisations, she is a smart customer with in depth knowledge of the commercial, financial, technical, reputational and communications risks throughout project lifecycles.  This experience, combined with her background in science and engineering, gives Natalyn particular insight into the strategic drivers, challenges and opportunities that infrastructure and development can bring to society.

From her varied breadth of experience Natalyn has a unique skill in communicating politically sensitive and technical information in a way that is accessible to different audiences and stakeholders.  She is an engaging spokesperson having represented clients and organisations on contentious topics.

She brings insight and working knowledge of government policy to developing and implementing practical communications and engagement strategies.  She is a thought leader and internationally recognised, and serves on councils, committees and delegations providing input to the social, technical and logistical challenges of projects.

Natalyn is an experienced board director bringing insight to organisational governance and change and programme and risk management. Her portfolio of major projects include Sizewell C Power Station, geological disposal facility for radioactive waste, High Speed Two, Crossrail, BP South Wales portfolio land regeneration, Jeddah’s King Abdulaziz International Airport and London 2012 Olympic Park.
