Zoe brings a wealth of experience in policy, research, and politics. She has lived and worked in Brussels, navigating the complexities of the European Parliament and spent time working for a Member of Parliament in Westminster. She understands how to manage communications with a wide range of stakeholders and lead engagement events and products.
As a town councillor in Oxfordshire, Zoe is aware of the intricacies of community engagement and consultation. Building relationships with stakeholders and understanding the needs of a community have been vital parts of this role, ensuring inclusivity.
Before joining Copper, Zoe worked with a leading business group managing transport and infrastructure portfolios including maritime operations, rail freight capacity, Freeports, airport growth and HS2 . She worked with a range of transport operators and national stakeholders, Government departments and ministerial officials to ensure the best outcome for the logistics sector.
Zoe has built up an extensive experience in policy, communications and research, developing campaigns, writing reports and briefings and organising engagement events. She has a firm understanding of the impacts of public interest and the importance of public relations.
During her time working for an MP and MEP, Zoe led a number of national and local projects, communicating across all levels of government, developing extensive media relations and a solid understand of transport, infrastructure and development.
